Conditions of participation and data protection instructions for the Blaupunkt Easter competition.

The competition begins on April 11th, 2020 and ends on April 17, 2020. 2 Blaupunkt PartySpeakers PS 200. A multi -party participation is not possible. Comments that violate the Facebook/Instagram guidelines, German law and or the copyright are removed without notice after knowledge. The participant is thus excluded from the profit.

People who have not yet reached the age of 18 are not eligible to participate. The legal process is excluded. The profit is sent exclusively within Germany and Austria. The winner is immediately determined by random and publicly mentioned on the Blaupunktudio de Facebook page and Instagram page and optionally linked. If a winner does not return within 48 hours, the profit will be raffled off among all other participants. The profit is delivered by post. Blaupunkt is released from all obligations by handing over the profit.

Data from the winner are only recorded and used to send the profit. There is no further use. No data will be passed on to third parties. With the participation, the user agrees with the above -mentioned conditions of participation. The participants are entitled to statutory information rights.
This competition is in no connection to Facebook/Instagram and is neither organized, supervised nor supported by Facebook/Instagram. The competition is the organizer of the competition Globaltronics GmbH & Co. KG. The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the competition if necessary.

 All Blaupfunkt employees and their relatives are excluded from the raffle. The draw/ winning announcement of all profits will take place on April 20, 2020 at the latest.

The winners are determined by lottery. No cash payment of the profits is possible and they are not transferable. If a winner waives the profit, it will be drawn.

The legal process is excluded and the competition does not justify a legal claim.
